Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, items with different estimated delivery times noted in their descriptions will follow those specific timelines.
Place your Express Shipping order by 1 PM CST for same-day dispatch; orders after this time ship the next business day.
This applies to in-stock items and excludes pre-orders.
Please note, during sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Weather delays are also not reflected in checkout estimates.
After your order is dispatched from Beyond Egreis, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
Beyond Egreis is committed to helping you track your packages with the carrier, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.
Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Beyond Egreis purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit, which will be valid for 90 days.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. This includes items purchased during a sale or promotion and bodysuits and swimsuit bottoms, all of which are considered Final Sale and non-returnable.
Furthermore, if an item is initially purchased at full price and then bought again during a promotional period, the ability to return the item purchased at full price and on sale is nullified.
We offer prepaid shipping labels for returns at a flat fee of $15 USD. It is important to remember that returns must be submitted within the 30-day period for acceptance. For returns initiated after this period, an invoice for the shipping fee will be issued to facilitate the return of the items to you. Following payment, we will ship the rejected items back. Unsettled invoices will result in the donation of items to local charities after 45 days.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and obtain a different item or size, you will need to place a new order using the store credit received.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all tags attached. To avoid potential restocking fees of up to 15%, please ensure that the items are free from makeup or deodorant marks.
Please note, Beyond Egreis does not provide price adjustments, and shipping charges are excluded from the store credit issued. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different item or size, you are required to place a new order using the store credit provided.

Beyond Egreis is based in Kansas City, United States, and currently operates online without a physical storefront. However, we are actively exploring the possibility of opening a physical location in the future.

At this time, we can only accept one discount code per order at checkout. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to offer the best promotions possible to all of our customers.
